Returns & Refunds:
The returns and refunds vary according to product. The following is a brief summary. |
Custom Made Bedding:
Custom made bedding (i.e., bedspreads, coverlets, comforters, duvet covers, dust ruffles, and pillow shams) are not returnable. However, if a flaw in workmanship is found, Jashley's will correct the flaw with no charge to the customer. All claims must be made within 30 days of the final billing. Throw Pillows:

Art:
You have 30 days from the shipment date in which to return the merchandise. A refund excluding the shipping charges will be given upon return. The merchandise must be returned in the same manner and packing materials as it was sent. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. |
