One condition that we strive for each and every time is to delight our customers and to avoid any unpleasant surprises. The following has been written to help us accomplish this goal. Fabric
- Before you buy the fabric you need, we recommend that you purchase a sample of it first. What you may like in a store or in a fabric book or off of a web site, can take on a whole new look once you get it into your room. The money it will cost you will be far less than having a custom piece of bedding made and then not like it. (It is also important to note that dye lots change. A sample bought two months ago may not represent the same exact colors of the fabric being produced today. You should make a decision as quickly as possible to avoid having to purchase another sample.)
- Send us your bedding fabric (i.e., fabric for bedspreads, coverlets, comforters, dust ruffles, and duvets) rolled on a tube. This protects your fabric from unnecessary wrinkling or creases. Your fabric supplier should provide the tube.
- Your fabric should be clearly marked as to what are the topside (i.e., the side that will be shown), and the direction of the pattern.
- Jashley's is not responsible for flaws in customer-supplied fabric. Please check your fabric closely before sending it to us.
- Please send only the amount of goods needed to complete your order. Jashley's is not responsible for any leftover material.
- We will not accept liability for the value of goods in excess of $15 per yard unless an arrangement is made prior to order placement.
- Some plaid fabrics are unsuitable for quilted products due to a bowed effect in weaving and/or printing. Outline quilting is recommended to quilt on the grid lines of the fabric. The bowed effect will still exist.
Returns and Rework
- Custom made products, fabric, throw pillows, and Designer Accessory products are not returnable. However, if a flaw in workmanship is found, Jashley's will correct the flaw with no cost to the buyer.
- All claims on our products must be made within 30 days of the final billing.
- Jashley's will expedite the rework on any product not made to confirmed specifications.
- Jashley's reserves the right to inspect before remake, rework, or credit is initiated.
- Local adjustments and labor charges must be pre-authorized.
- Returned product must be packaged the way it was received. We suggest keeping the packaging until the product is installed and you are fully satisfied.
Orders, Changes to Orders, or Cancellation
- Please send your order and fabric to Jashley's, LLC, 1507 Temple More Lane, Green Bay, WI 54313.
- Orders will not be placed in the production schedule until all instructions, fabric and payment are received.
- Questions/changes must be made before goods are cut or the cost is incurred by the customer.
- If the order is cancelled, the fabric cost (assuming fabric is purchased through Jashley's) is charged if the fabric has been shipped from the fabric distributor regardless if the fabric is shipped directly to the customer or to Jashley's.
- Customer-supplied fabric will be returned upon cancellation of the order. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Jashley's is not responsible for returning fabric to its original condition if cutting has already begun prior to cancellation.
- No cancellations after labor (i.e., manufacturing process) has begun.
Payment
- 100% due upon order placement
- Jashley's accepts MasterCard and VISA
- Credit cards are not charged until product is ready for shipment
- Fabric orders placed with Jashley's must be paid in full before the custom-bedding fabrication process can begin.
Shipping and Damaged or Lost Shipments
- The shipment of your Jashley's product(s) usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date the order is placed, assuming payment and fabric accompanies the order.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. A firm shipping charge will be established at the time of formal quotation unless shipping charges are indicated (e.g., throw pillows).
- There is a maximum $100 insurance coverage on all U.P.S. packages. If your custom made product should be insured for more, please let us know.
- The carrier is responsible for the shipment. Please inform the carrier immediately of any damage incurred. Jashley's will assist you with any claim.
